Funciones

  • Documentar los procesos de negocio del cliente en entregables claros y presentables.
  • Diagramar procesos a nivel básico (flujos de proceso, BPMN sencillo).
  • Analizar la información del negocio e identificar los puntos clave de cada proceso.
  • Entender y reflejar los flujos de negocio de crédito.
  • Redactar historias de usuario para llevar lo levantado a requerimientos.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Que tengas entre 1 y 4 años de experiencia
  • Documentación de procesos de negocio.
  • Capacidad analítica para ordenar y estructurar información.
  • Diagramación básica de procesos (flujos / BPMN sencillo).
  • Conocimiento de los flujos de negocio de crédito.
  • Redacción de historias de usuario y sus criterios de aceptación claros.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de procesos o de negocio.
