¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Formación Universitaria preferiblemente en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia profesional entre 1 a 2 años de experiencia en empresas de consultoría de negocio y estrategia. Se valorarán conocimientos y experiencia dentro del sector de Energía & Utilities.
  • Conocimiento en automatización/ digitalización
  • Que te apasione la consultoría.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas (Python, R, SQL, Power BI)
  • Puedes participar en proyectos internacionales, por lo que es necesario que tengas un nivel de inglés avanzado que te permita trabajar en este idioma de manera fluida. Se valorarán otros idiomas (francés, italiano, portugués).
  • Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido, por lo que debes residir en la ciudad de Santiago.

Conocimientos técnicos y habilidades deseadas:

  • Dominio de Modelamiento de procesos de negocio.
  • Dominio de Modelamiento de Base de Datos.
  • Dominio de lógica de lenguajes de programación.
  • Enfoque a resolución de problemas de negocio a través de herramientas tecnológicas con deuda técnica minimizada.
  • Metodología de trabajo estructurada que permita traspaso a la operación interna y externa.
  • Creatividad en elaboración de diseños de solución para problemas de negocio.
  • Capacidad de comunicación directa con clientes.

  • Análisis y propuestas de solución: análisis de información para ejecutar propuestas de solución. Esto implica identificar necesidades, riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer alternativas y mejoras.
  • Gestión de proyectos: planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de tareas, así como garantizar la calidad de los entregables y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
  • Relación con el cliente: establecer una relación cercana con el cliente, entender sus necesidades y brindar soluciones que agreguen valor.
