En MBC estamos buscando un/a Data Engineer para nuestro equipo en Lima (modelo híbrido).

Formación:

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión, Economía, Administración o afines (deseable titulado)

Tu misión

  • Proporcionar datos confiables, seguros y trazables para las soluciones de analítica e IA.

Lo que harás

Diseñar, construir y operar pipelines de datos

Integrar fuentes internas, APIs y sistemas transaccionales

Implantar controles de calidad, conciliación y alertas

Gestionar seguridad, frescura, disponibilidad, linaje y recuperación

Lo que buscamos

  • +5 años de experiencia en ingeniería/arquitectura de datos, trabajando con datos operacionales reales y de alta complejidad.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Spark y Direct Lake.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura Medallion, modelado dimensional, SQL y PySpark.
  • Conocimientos de gobierno y calidad de datos: Purview, catálogo, linaje, clasificación, perfilado y reglas de calidad.
  • Experiencia con Power BI, modelos semánticos y seguridad de datos (RLS).
  • Conocimientos de protección de datos y Ley 29733.
  • Deseable experiencia integrando ERP/CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo) y sistemas de telemetría de flota.
  • Conocimiento de operación, flota y mantenimiento: activos, horómetros, fallas, planes de mantenimiento y turnos.
