We’re expanding across Europe, and we need a Senior Account Executive to strengthen and grow our relationships with key lending partners. If you’re ready to shape how retail investors achieve their financial goals, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
As our Senior Account Executive in the Partnerships team, you’ll own relationships with our key international lending partners and drive long-term growth and partner satisfaction. You’ll manage high-value partner accounts across international markets, resolve complex issues as partners’ needs evolve, and identify opportunities to deepen cooperation and create long-term value, ensuring a smooth and efficient partner experience.
You will:
- Manage existing relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector globally - ensuring their needs are met and the partnership keeps growing.
- Collaborate with and keep accountable multiple internal stakeholders to facilitate the fulfilment of clients’ needs.
- Lead complex negotiations and contracts - structuring proposals that align the interests of all stakeholders and enable scale.
- Identify and communicate the value proposition for each lending partner - turning it into new business opportunities and higher cooperation volumes.
- Develop C-level relationships with decision-makers.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and lending companies’ needs and interests.
Your professional skills and background
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, ideally in banking, non-bank lending, corporate or investment banking, or private equity/venture capital.
- Proven track record of success in complex sales.
- Experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging C-level relationships.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Fluent in English (business level or higher).
