Hei! Jeg er en glad, sosial og aktiv gutt på 5 år som bor på Nøtterøy i Færder kommune. Jeg elsker alt som har fart og spenning, og koser meg med sykkelturer, aketurer, sitskikjøring, båtturer, bading, sang og musikk. Jeg er også veldig glad i tull og tøys, og håper å finne en assistent som liker å være med på lek, aktiviteter og å skape gode øyeblikk sammen med meg.

Jeg sitter i rullestol og har nedsatt håndfunksjon, noe som gjør at jeg trenger hjelp til forflytning og praktiske gjøremål i hverdagen. Med riktig bistand kan jeg delta på aktiviteter, utforske verden rundt meg og ha en innholdsrik og morsom hverdag.

Arbeidstid og stilling

  • 2 faste assistenter (til sammen 16,5 timer per uke)
  • Ca. 2-3 tilkallingsvikarer.

Arbeidstidene vil hovedsakelig være ettermiddag og tidlig kveld på hverdager, samt dagtid i helger. Stillingsprosent avtales nærmere etter behov og tilgjengelighet.

· Tilrettelegge for lek og aktiviteter hjemme og utenfor hjemmet

· Delta på utflukter og fritidsaktiviteter

· Bistå under måltider

· Hjelpe med personlig hygiene

· Assistere ved forflytning

· Legge til rette for hvile når det er behov

· Bidra til en trygg, aktiv og positiv hverdag
