Pizza Chef – Full-time

Passionate about authentic wood-fired pizza? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in your craft?

At Mio, we produce between 700 and 1100 authentic wood-fired pizzas every day across our two takeaway locations in Copenhagen. We work with traditional wood-fired pizza ovens, quality ingredients, and skilled craftsmanship to deliver exceptional pizzas with consistency and character.

We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs who are passionate about quality, teamwork, and creating great pizzas at a consistently high standard.

About Mio & Waldorf Group

Mio is a takeaway pizza concept and part of Waldorf Group, with two locations in Copenhagen. Every day, we combine premium ingredients, authentic wood-fired baking, efficient operations, and strong craftsmanship to create outstanding pizzas for our guests.

Waldorf Group operates 17 places divided between restaurants and takeaway concepts. About the Role

As a Pizza Chef at Mio, you will play a key role in our daily production, working with traditional wood-fired pizza ovens alongside an experienced team. You will help ensure that every pizza meets our quality standards — even during our busiest services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing, topping, and baking pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens
  • Managing the oven during service and ensuring consistent baking quality
  • Preparing ingredients and daily mise en place
  • Maintaining high quality and consistency throughout service
  • Working closely with the team to ensure an efficient production flow
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has previous experience as a Pizza Chef
  • Has experience working with wood-fired pizza ovens (preferred)
  • Works efficiently without compromising on quality
  • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Is reliable, responsible, and a strong team player
  • Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
