Jeg er en kvinne i starten av 60-årene som bor i Borre i Horten kommune med min mann og datter. Jeg setter stor pris på å være ute i naturen og liker aktiviteter som turer, trening og ski om vinteren. Jeg har også interesse for klatring og ønsker å kunne gjenoppta dette med støtte fra assistent. Hverdagen min preges av et ønske om å være aktiv, men energinivå og form varierer.

Jeg har diagnosen MS, med blant annet varierende styrke i venstre side, kognitive utfordringer og fatigue. Dette gir meg en uforutsigbar hverdag med svingende kapasitet og behov for bistand både hjemme og ute. Det er derfor viktig med en assistent som er fleksibel og kan tilpasse oppgaver og planer fra dag til dag.

Stilling:

Jeg søker nå 1 til 2 faste assistenter i en stilling på ca. 14 timer per uke. Arbeidstid vil hovedsakelig være på dagtid/formiddag, samt noe helg ved behov. Arbeidstidene planlegges i samarbeid, og det er viktig med fleksibilitet da behovene kan variere.

Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet være:

  • Følge til aktiviteter, behandlinger og avtaler
  • Være treningspartner og motivator for fysisk aktivitet
  • Praktiske oppgaver ute, som hagearbeid og vedlikehold
  • Husarbeid som rengjøring, rydding, klesvask og enkel matlaging
  • Oppfølging av hjemmeboende datter, inkludert kjøring til aktiviteter og noe sosialt samvær

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • Førerkort er nødvendig
  • Personlig egnethet vektlegges høyt
  • Gjerne livserfaring og trygghet i relasjonsbygging
  • Må kunne arbeide selvstendig og strukturert
