Jeg er en gutt på 11år som bor på Mortensrud med min familie. Jeg er aktiv, energisk og glad, og søker nå en som kan hjelpe og støtte med i min hverdag. Er det deg?

Jeg har epilepsi og autisme, og er derfor på utkikk etter en trygg, omsorgsfull og engasjert BPA-assistent som ønsker å bidra til å gjøre min hverdag en stabil, aktiv og innholdsrik. Stillingen egner seg spesielt godt for studenter eller deg som ønsker en meningsfull deltidsjobb ved siden av en annen jobb.

Ledig stilling:

Jeg har nå ledig en fast stilling som assistent på deltid.

Arbeidstider vil være:

· Onsdager kl.16.00-21-00

· Annenhver helg (lørdag & søndag) kl.13.00-21.00)

Det er et stort pluss at du er fleksibel til å jobbe ekstra ved behov og i ferier.

Om rollen

Som BPA-assistent vil du ha en sentral rolle, både for meg og familien. Rollen innebærer en variert arbeidshverdag med både omsorgsoppgaver og praktisk bistand.

Arbeidsoppgaver vil være følgende:

· Delta og sette i gang aktiviteter både inne og ute, samt ivareta behovet for ro, struktur og skjerming.

· Bidra til å holde orden på rommet mitt, tilrettelegging av måltider og andre daglige gjøremål.

· Assistere med i måltidsituasjoner og enkel matlaging (jeg har PEG-knapp).

· Håndtere medisinering og bistå ved epilepsianfall (du vil få nødvendig opplæring 😊)

· Hjelpe meg med personlig hygiene, bleieskift og lignende oppgaver 🛁

En stor del av jobben handler om å bidra til gode opplevelser og trivsel i hverdagen. Du vil være med og sette i gang både lek og aktiviteter

Hvem ser jeg etter?

Jeg ser etter deg som er tålmodig, pålitelig og omsorgsfull, og som har et ekte engasjement for å jobbe med barn. Erfaring med barn med spesielle behov er en fordel, men ikke avgjørende. Det viktigste er at du har:

✔️ Evne til å arbeide både selvstendig og i samarbeid med andre ✔️ Trygghet og fleksibilitet i ulike situasjoner ✔️ Et ønske om å bidra til et trygt, positivt og inkluderende miljø

Du vil få god opplæring, så det er ikke nødvendig med medisinsk erfaring fra før.
