Som min assistent blir du en viktig støtte i hverdagen min, og du bidrar til at jeg kan leve livet slik jeg ønsker. Det er derfor viktig at du har et genuint hjerte for å jobbe med mennesker og forstår at rollen din handler om å tilrettelegge for mine behov.

Jeg er en kvinne på 64 år som bor sammen med min mann. Jeg har ALS og bruker rullestol, og jeg har et dyktig team av assistenter rundt meg. Som en del av teamet vil du bistå meg i både praktiske gjøremål, personlig assistanse og ulike sosiale aktiviteter. Arbeidet varierer, men felles for alt er at det utføres med respekt, trygghet og vilje til å bidra.

Jeg setter pris på assistenter som er omsorgsfulle, engasjerte og møter hverdagen med en positiv og løsningsorientert innstilling.

Arbeidstid og stillingsstørrelse:

Jeg har nå en helgestilling ledig, arbeidstid vil være annenhver helg: Fredag 16-21, lørdag 9-16, søndag 16-21.

Totalt 17 timer helg, tilsvarende fast stilling 8,5 timer per uke

For å sikre trygghet og stabilitet er det viktig at du ønsker å stå i stillingen over tid. Vi gjennomfører intervjuer fortløpende og ansetter så snart vi har funnet de rette kandidatene.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Personlig stell ved behov

• Forflytning

• Husarbeid og matlaging

• Bistand til bipap - maske/maskin

• Være en trygghet og støtte

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Personlig egnethet og kjemi vektlegges

• Førerkort klasse B

• Kunne fremlegge gyldig politiattest ved ansettelse

• Gode norskkunnskaper

• Erfaring innenfor helse- og omsorgssektoren er en fordel
