The posting

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales operations in Tbilisi, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team management, and revenue generation, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies, drive performance, and achieve business targets.

Experience in real estate or other target-driven industries, such as banking, automotive, premium retail, or hospitality, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and maintain effective sales processes, pipelines, and reporting systems.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Oversee lead management, follow-ups, client relationships, and deal closures.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or Sales Team Leader.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience managing, motivating, and developing sales teams.
  • Experience in real estate, banking, automotive, premium retail, hospitality, or other target-driven industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead conversion, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Russian is required.
  • Knowledge of Georgian and English will be an advantage.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Tbilisi, Georgia.
