NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:• Kontrola správnosti časů uvedených v technologických postupech.• Porovnávání normovaného a skutečného času provádění výrobních operací.• Analýza dat ERP o skutečné délce jednotlivých operací.• Identifikace systematických odchylek mezi normovaným a skutečným časem.• Provádění časových studií a měření přímo na výrobních pracovištích.• Analýza příčin zjištěných odchylek.• Kontrola časových norem při zavádění nových technologických postupů.• Příprava návrhů na revizi neodůvodněných nebo zastaralých časových norem.• Spolupráce s výrobními technology při ověřování a úpravách norem.• Příprava údajů pro Úsek ekonomiky o skutečné pracnosti výrobků.• Účast na zdokonalování metodiky normování výrobního času.• Kontrola správnosti normovaných časů v ERP po schválených změnách.POŽADUJEME:Vzdělání:• Středoškolské odborné technické vzdělání.• Preferované zaměření: strojírenství, technologie výroby, průmyslové inženýrství nebo příbuznýtechnický obor.Praxe:• Praxe ve strojírenské nebo jiné průmyslové výrobě.• Porozumění struktuře technologických postupů a výrobních operací.• Praktická zkušenost s normováním práce, časovými studiemi, analýzou pracnosti nebo výrobníchprocesů je významnou výhodou.• Zkušenost s ERP systémy.• Zkušenost s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central je výhodou.NABÍZÍME:• Zajímavou práci v mezinárodním prostředí v technologicky jedinečném oboru.• Přátelský kolektiv.• Velmi dobré finanční ohodnocení.• Kávu a pitný režim na pracovišti zdarma.• Zdarma využití kryokomory přímo na pracovišti.• Týden dovolené navíc + 3 dny sick days.• Dobrovolnický den.• Teambuildingové akce.
