  • Maintain portfolio visibility across project status, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support portfolio budget, forecast, resource, and capacity tracking.
  • Coordinate project reviews, portfolio reviews, steering committees, and escalations.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios, business participation, defect resolution, retesting, and sign-off.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, standardisation, and automation.

Project and Programme Management

  • Lead strategic, technology, transformation, and operational projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Define and manage project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, resources, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, finance, procurement, operations, and external vendors.
  • Maintain and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, with timely escalation of material concerns.
  • Manage scope changes through appropriate change-control and impact-assessment processes.
  • Manage vendors and implementation partners against agreed deliverables, milestones, and commitments.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, cutover, transition to operations, and project closure.
  • Document lessons learned and ensure outstanding actions are appropriately managed.

Performance and Stakeholder Management

  • Monitor delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, risks, and KPIs.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting on project health, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and required decisions.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between project sponsors, business teams, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Lead project reviews and steering committees, ensuring actions and decisions have clear owners and target dates.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support the resolution of cross-functional issues and competing priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
