Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience creating detailed mechanical designs, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs for production environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation. Experience with manufacturing processes, engineering change management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, J-STD standards, ESD controls, and FDA-regulated environments is preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear work instructions, technical reports, and customer-facing documentation. Working knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, project management, spreadsheet, and word-processing software. Proficient with standard electronic and mechanical test equipment, including calipers, multimeters, and power supplies. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to travel as required and support extended work schedules when business needs dictate. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
