Our pipeline is growing, our regional footprint is expanding, and we’re looking for great people to grow with us.

Sherridon Homes is recruiting multiple Site Managers across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga.

Already managing sites? Bring your experience. Ready to step into site management? Bring your practical building knowledge, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous Site Manager experience isn’t essential, finding the right people is.

Your role

You’ll help turn plans into homes, keeping construction moving and clients informed along the way.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors and construction schedules
  • Delivering quality homes within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining safe sites and meeting occupational health and safety requirements
  • Checking workmanship throughout each stage of construction
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates
  • Monitoring and controlling extra to schedule, ETS, costs
  • Working closely with your Construction Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, communicate well and follow through.

You’ll bring:

  • Practical knowledge of residential construction, whether through a trade, supervising or site management background
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A calm, practical approach to solving problems
  • A customer focus and confidence working with clients and trades
  • A willingness to learn, ask questions and work as part of a team
  • Comfort using technology, with support to learn our systems

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll provide training, guidance and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
