  • Clarify system-of-record ownership, data definitions, interfaces, controls, monitoring, and support accountability for CRM data and integrations.
  • Ensure new capabilities integrate effectively with the broader Commercial and Medical Affairs technology ecosystem without creating an inconsistent field user experience.
  • Support data quality, reporting, analytics, automation, and responsible AI opportunities that improve field effectiveness and decision-making.

Governance, Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and maintain platform governance, configuration standards, documentation, access controls, change controls, release procedures, and support processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
