På Misa AMT blir du en del av ett team med 5 engagerade medarbetare som arbetar med olika arbetsmarknadsinsatser. Vi finns på olika platser, vilket ger dig stor frihet och möjlighet att arbeta självständigt, samtidigt som vi håller nära kontakt och samarbetar digitalt. Din arbetsplats är på Misa AMT, Sollentuna. Om tjänsten I rollen stöttar och vägleder du personer mot arbete eller praktik. Du kartlägger individens resurser och förmågor, skapar kontakter med arbetsgivare och hittar lämpliga praktik- och arbetsplatser. Genom ett nära samarbete med deltagare, arbetsgivare och beställare bidrar du till att skapa hållbara vägar in i arbetslivet.

Arbetsuppgifter Planera och genomföra workshops inom arbetsmarknadskunskap och jobbsökande. Kartlägga deltagarnas kompetenser, behov och mål. Coacha och stötta deltagare mot arbete eller praktik. Söka praktikplatser samt skapa och utveckla kontakter med arbetsgivare. Dokumentera och följa upp deltagarnas insatser och resultat i relevanta rapporteringssystem.

Kompetenskrav Högskoleutbildning, helst inom SYV eller beteendevetenskap.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av att arbeta med deltagare inom arbetsmarknadstjänster. Tidigare erfarenhet av matchningstjänster, exempelvis Stöd och matchning eller Rusta och matcha, alternativt arbete som jobbcoach, arbetskonsulent eller i en liknande roll. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med personer som har funktionsnedsättning eller andra hinder i vägen mot arbete. Erfarenhet av att etablera och upprätthålla arbetsgivarkontakter.

Tillsvidaretjänst, heltid 100%, som inleds med sex månaders provanställning. Planerat tillträde snarast eller enligt överenskommelse. Utdrag ur Polisens belastningsregister (Lag 1998:620) ska uppvisas innan du erbjuds anställning. Intervjuer kommer att ske löpande och sista ansökningsdag är 2026-11-15.
