The posting

Sebagai Collections Field Recovery Officer, anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam proses pemulihan kewangan kami. Tanggungjawab utama anda termasuk :

  • Melakukan lawatan ke premis kediaman dan komersial untuk mengumpulkan dan mengesahkan maklumat yang berkaitan.
  • Mengemas kini dan mendapatkan maklumat hubungan baharu, seperti nombor telefon dan alamat, semasa lawatan.
  • Membantu pasukan Kutipan dengan mengatur janji temu dan rundingan dengan pelanggan apabila diperlukan.
  • Menghantar dan mengumpul dokumen penting daripada pelanggan dan klien.
  • Menghantar peringatan dan surat ke premis atau pejabat pelanggan.
  • Menggunakan pelbagai sumber untuk mengesan lokasi premis pelanggan dengan berkesan.
  • Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan (HOD).

Kemahiran & Kompetensi :

  • Kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat, dengan keupayaan untuk berunding dan memujuk secara efektif.
  • Kesabaran, pengurusan tekanan, dan kebolehan menyelesaikan masalah adalah penting.
  • Kemahiran berfikir kritikal dan pertimbangan yang baik untuk membuat keputusan yang berinformasi.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai Akta Amalan Pemulihan Hutang yang Adil (FDCPA) dan undang-undang Malaysia yang berkaitan dengan amalan pemulihan hutang.
  • Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office, terutamanya Excel.

Keperluan :

  • 3-5 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan yang serupa, diutamakan dalam sektor perkhidmatan kewangan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang kuat dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Inggeris.
  • Keupayaan untuk mengutamakan tugasan dengan berkesan dan bekerja secara berdikari.
  • Kesediaan untuk kerap melakukan perjalanan dalam kawasan yang ditetapkan.
