Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Rezeption, die uns dabei unterstützen, unsere zentrale Hotelrezeption für die Gäste unserer Beratungskunden zu übernehmen, Telefonate zu führen, E-Mails zu beantworten und hinsichtlich des Gästeaufenthalts zu beraten.

Bisher keine Rezeptionserfahrung? Quereinsteiger?

Während der Einarbeitung erlernst du alles was du zur Ausführung des Jobs benötigst. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Hotelrezeption sind also nicht notwendig.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Die Beantwortung von Gästeanfragen via E-Mail und Telefon
  • Arbeiten im Dreischichtbetrieb (Früh-, Spät- & Nachtschicht)
  • An unserer zentral gesteuerten Rezeption bist du erster Ansprechpartner für Gästerückfragen unserer Kunden (Hotels im DACH-Raum)

Gehalt: 2.700 Euro pro Monat (brutto)

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.

Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2-4 Monate.

  • Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Rezeption, Hotel, Beratung etc. sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
