We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Robotics Operations Specialist to support teleoperation sessions, robot benchmarks, robotics data quality, and evaluation runs. You'll work closely with engineers and operators to ensure sessions run on time and on spec - troubleshooting hardware issues in real time, preparing evaluation environments, and helping improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

Teleoperations Support & Operator Relations

- Provide hands-on support during teleoperation sessions: setup, monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting

- Debug equipment issues (connectivity, hardware faults, peripheral failures) and escalate when needed

- Manage session scheduling, collector onboarding, equipment handoff, and session-readiness checks

- Travel to client sites and data collection locations to onboard and train operators on teleoperation systems, protocols, and best practices

- Serve as the liaison between operators and hardware/data collection teams - systematically gathering feedback on equipment usability, workflow friction, and potential improvements

- Synthesize actionable insights to inform hardware development and process decisions

Benchmark & Evaluation Operations

- Support execution of robot benchmarks and evaluations alongside research and engineering teams

- Prepare robots, stations, props, and task environments according to defined protocols

- Ensure consistent resets, trial conditions, and operator execution across runs

- Investigate failed or inconsistent runs to identify whether issues stem from the model, robot hardware, environment setup, or operator execution

Data Quality & Annotation

- Review collected datasets to assess quality, flag inconsistencies, and ensure data meets training standards

- Onboard annotators on robotics annotations to assess video quality

- Perform data analysis to identify patterns in collection quality, operator performance, and session outcomes

- Collaborate with research teams to refine annotation guidelines and quality criteria

- Maintain quality metrics and contribute to reporting on dataset health across collection campaigns

Validation & System Integration

- Verify that hardware, software packages, and peripherals work smoothly together across the robotics stack

- Run tests in lab and staging environments, log bug reports, and contribute to root-cause analysis of recurring or production issues

- Support test plan execution by following defined acceptance criteria and documenting results

- Maintain detailed operational documentation for internal quality gates and runbooks

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working hands-on with physical hardware: diagnosing, setting up, and maintaining equipment

- Strong communicator who can work fluidly with both engineers and non-technical operators

- Able to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment on methods and execution

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with robotics and teleoperation systems

- Background in a research or hardware-forward environment

- Experience writing operational runbooks or technical documentation

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
