Land Rover Hartford is seeking a skilled, customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our award‑winning service team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and know how to keep a parts department running smoothly, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist retail and internal customers with accurate parts lookup and ordering
  • Manage parts inventory, special orders, and returns
  • Support technicians with timely parts delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, efficient parts counter
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive parts experience (luxury brand preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
