Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Pleno de Relações com Investidores e Mercado de Capitais para integrar nosso time! Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, proativo e boa comunicação, que tenha interesse pelo mercado financeiro e de capitais. A posição terá atuação na análise de informações financeiras e de mercado, no acompanhamento do desempenho das ações e da base acionária, na elaboração de materiais estratégicos para a alta administração e no relacionamento com investidores, analistas e instituições financeiras. O profissional também participará das atividades de comunicação com o mercado, obrigações regulatórias e apoio a operações estratégicas da Companhia, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da transparência e do relacionamento com o mercado de capitais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1) Realizar a gestão diária da base acionária, monitorando movimentações e tendências de perfil de investidores; 2) Realizar a gestão de atividades administrativas da área; 3) Realizar acompanhamento do desempenho da ação, consolidando informações e indicadores do setor imobiliário; 4) Tratar informações das demonstrações financeiras, dados de mercado e informações estratégicas, transformando-as em análises claras e materiais para análise estratégica da Companhia;5) Atualizar materiais internos para diretoria e conselho de administração;6) Estruturar e atualizar periodicamente materiais de comunicação, como apresentações corporativas (de resultados, apresentações institucionais, roadshows etc.), materiais informativos, entre outros; 7) Apoiar nas interações com investidores, analistas e instituições financeiras;8) Apoiar na organização de eventos de divulgação de resultados e outros encontros com investidores;9) Auxiliar na elaboração e revisão de comunicados ao mercado, fatos relevantes, formulários e documentos regulatórios obrigatórios; 10) Apoiar processos de ofertas públicas, operações estruturadas, reestruturações societárias e demais eventos corporativos relevantes.
