Sobre a função:

Procuramos um(a) Recrutador(a) Sénior com forte capacidade de headhunting e pesquisa activa, que não dependa apenas de candidaturas espontâneas para identificar talento. Este profissional deverá ter uma mentalidade investigativa e comercial, sendo capaz de mapear o mercado, identificar candidatos passivos e desenvolver estratégias eficazes de aproximação em contextos de recrutamento difícil. Procuramos alguém persistente, orientado para resultados e confortável com targets exigentes, capaz de influenciar hiring managers e actuar de forma autónoma mesmo em ambientes com pouca estrutura. É fundamental que tenha forte capacidade de organização, foco na execução e elevado sentido de ownership sobre os processos de recrutamento.

O principal desafio da função será a identificação, atracção e contratação de perfis altamente especializados, através de uma abordagem de headhunting activo e mapeamento de mercado. Não procuramos um recrutador operacional focado apenas em gestão de candidaturas. Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade de pesquisa, networking, abordagem directa e inteligência de mercado. Deve ter fluência em inglês falado e escrito.

Os candidatos deverão evidenciar, de forma clara e concreta, experiência práctica em recrutamento técnico especializado através de pesquisa activa e headhunting, incluindo:

  • Ferramentas e Metodologias de Recrutamento
  • Utilização avançada de LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Pesquisa booleana e técnicas de sourcing avançado
  • Utilização de ATS e ferramentas de recrutamento
  • Market mapping e talent intelligence
  • Abordagem directa de candidatos passivos
  • Estratégias de networking e pesquisa activa
  • Experiência em estruturas com forte componente de headhunting e não apenas recrutamento passivo

Principais Responsabilidades:

1.Headhunting & Pesquisa Activa

  • Realizar pesquisa activa e contínua de talento técnico especializado;
  • Identificar candidatos passivos no mercado;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de aproximação e engagement;
  • Construir pipelines de talento para funções críticas;
  • Mapear concorrência e empresas-alvo.

2. Gestão de Processos de Recrutamento

  • Conduzir processos end-to-end
  • Realizar entrevistas de avaliação
  • Elaborar shortlists qualificadas
  • Garantir alinhamento técnico e cltural
  • Apoiar stakeholders internos e hiring managers

3. Inteligência de Mercado

  • Produzir insights sobre disponibilidade de talento;
  • Apoiar definição de estratégia de sourcing;
  • Identificar tendências salariais e movimentações do mercado;
  • Recomendar melhorias nos processos de atracção.

4. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Apoiar iniciativas de visibilidade da marca empregadora
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com liderança técnica para activação de conteúdos
  • Contribuir para melhoria da experiência do candidato

Requirements

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em recrutamento para o sector da Construção, Engenharia ou Infraestruturas
  • Experiência comprovada em:
  • Headhunting
  • Pesquisa activa
  • Mapeamento de mercado
  • Abordagem directa de candidatos;
  • Recrutamento internacional e/ou expatriados
  • Experiência no recrutamento de perfis técnicos sénior
  • Forte domínio do LinkedIn Recruiter e outras metodologias de sourcing
  • Inglês fluente obrigatório
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e influência
  • Perfil altamente autónomo, resiliente e orientado para resultados
