Job Purpose

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Reading, PA Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM after initial training period Pay Rate: $27.00-$37.15 per hour

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical and facility maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on mechanical experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing and facility equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, pumps, chain drives, and related componentsPlan, layout, and install mechanical devices and systems in compliance with regulatory and local codesFabricate simple structures using welding or bolting based on prints and diagramsRead and...
