(MIBL) is a Bank incorporated in Luxembourg and is fully owned by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, member of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the largest financial groups worldwide.MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.MIBL now has an opening in its Custody & Banking Services Department for a:Senior Client Custody & Account Officer(Ref.: CBS - SCCAO0427)Job description:• Operating as the lead point of contact for given clients;• Building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationship;• Oversee client account, which includes but not limited to: • Organize recurrent meetings with clients (including temperature checks)• Be the main contact point for new product, markets, new account opening, LEI renewal, RMA, various account setup on existing client• Negotiate on existing fee schedules• Organize and assist a client in the due diligence• Create client notifications• Manage overdrafts on client accounts• Review Legal documents (i.e. prospectus, contract)• Coordinate the migration out of a client• Create client related KPIs• When required, organise, attend or delegate presentations/demonstrations to prospects and existing clients (e.g. on features of CustodyConnect Webportal, Custody discussions and its technical aspects such as SWIFT etc, Service reviews, etc.);• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;• Co-working with several MUFG entities (including but not limited to, sales and sales support representatives and custody operations). Complete customer inquiries and requirements by coordinating with related departments within the bank, outside vendors; 2. Coordinate with counterparties for any customer service issues;3. Provide background information and customer requirements to Operations staffs for issue solving in compliance with customers' intentions;4.. Liaise with providers/Sub-custodians, head office etc. regarding customer service issue;5. Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders and externals;6.
