  • Conduct supplier assessments and manage supplier corrective action processes.
  • Analyze complex quality performance metrics and create executive-level summaries and dashboards; present trends and actions at management reviews.
  • Support and at times lead customer quality interactions, including audits, data requests, and issue resolution.
  • Manage job duties and assigned quality projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Mentor Quality Engineer I and Inspectors, offering technical guidance and coaching on quality engineering principles and tools.
  • Drive the use of advanced quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and risk management techniques across projects and processes.
  • Lead or support internal training efforts on QMS procedures, standards, and quality tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
