Anforderungsprofil:

  • Berufsabschluss als Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Mechapraktiver EBA oder gute Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrungen im Bedienen einer oder mehrerer der genannten CNC-Kurzdrehmaschinen
  • Kenntnisse der Steuerungen Fanuc, Okuma oder Siemens
  • Gute Berufserfahrung in der Mess- und Prüftechnik und im Zeichnungslesen (Form- und Lagetoleranzen)
  • Vernetztes Denken und Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Qualitäts- und zielbewusstes Handeln sowie lösungsorientierte Denkhaltung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse mind. A2 und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamplayer
  • Hohe Qualitätsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Sehvermögen

Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Fertigen komplexer Präzisionsdrehteile nach Produktionsplan
  • Bedienen und Einrichten von mehrachsigen CNC-Kurzdrehmaschinen
  • Kontrolle der Teile mit hochpräzisen Messmikroskopen
  • Rüsten der CNC-Maschinen durch fachgerechten Werkzeugwehsel
  • Planen, Überwachen und Optimieren von Produktionsprozessen
  • Sicherstellen einer hohen Qualität der Werkstücke
  • Beheben von Produktionsstörungen
  • Einbringen von Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Durchführen von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Beheben von Produktionsstörungen
  • Arbeitszeiten: 2-Schichtmodell mit Früh- und Spätschicht
