Aufgaben:

  • HR-Aufgaben ganzheitlich verantworten: Du betreust sämtliche Personalprozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und sorgst für eine professionelle, effiziente und verlässliche Abwicklung.
  • Menschen begleiten: Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte, hörst zu, berätst und findest tragfähige Lösungen.
  • Führungskräfte stärken: Du unterstützt bei Personalentscheidungen, Mitarbeitergesprächen und in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • konstruktiv, lösungsorientiert und mit einer klaren Haltung.
  • Talente gewinnen: Du verantwortest die Rekrutierung und gestaltest ein professionelles Onboarding.
  • Administration sicherstellen: Du bearbeitest Verträge, Zeugnisse, Absenzen, Sozialversicherungen und lohnrelevante Mutationen.
  • Personalentwicklung fördern: Du koordinierst Weiterbildungen und unterstützt die gezielte Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden.
  • Veränderungen vorantreiben: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, entwickelst HR-Prozesse weiter und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.
