Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich PPS, Disposition
  • Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanung,
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von PPS-Projekten in der industriellen Fertigung
  • Kenntnisse in Produktionsabläufen, Materialverfügbarkeit und Terminplanung
  • Berufserfahrung PPS/AVOR im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Vernetztes, abteilungsübergreifendes wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

Aufgaben:

  • Terminieren von Kundenaufträgen entlang der Lieferkette und Festlegen von Prioritäten
  • Durchführung von Ressourcenprüfungen, Bedarfs -und Kapazitätsabgleich
  • Auslösen von Fertigungsaufträgen und Übergabe an die Produktion
  • Überwachen von Fertigungsfortschritt, Auftragsstatus und Lieferterminen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen, Koordination von Massnahmen mit beteiligten Bereichen und Dokumentation
  • Proaktives Informieren der Lieferkette über potenzielle Terminabweichungen
  • Abstimmung fertiggestellter Aufträge mit Logistik und Festo Zentrallager zur Bereitstellung und Auslieferung
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Arbeitsplänen und dispositiven Materialstammdaten
  • Verantwortlich für Neuentwicklungsprojekte im Bereich PPS
  • Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungsprojekten im Bereich PPS
