Unser Herzstück bildet der Abonnenten-Service. Darüber hinaus schätzen viele weitere Unternehmen aus z.B. der Energiewirtschaft und der Touristik-Branche unsere hochprofessionellen Dialogmarketing-Leistungen für die Anruf-Annahme (inbound) oder aktive Telefonie (outbound).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Im Kundenberatungscenter nehmen Sie Kundengespräche entgegen und erfassen die Kundenangaben im System.
  • Sie bearbeiten ausschließlich eingehende Anrufe.
  • Ihre Einarbeitungszeiten erfolgen an 2 -3 Tagen in der Woche für jeweils 4 Stunden und werden flexibel von Mo - Fr zwischen 8.00 – 18.00 Uhr mit Ihren Verfügbarkeiten geplant. Nach Ihrer Einarbeitung (maximal 6 Monate) planen wir Ihre Arbeitszeiten in einem Personalplan aufgrund Ihrer Verfügbarkeiten 4 Wochen im voraus innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten von Mo – Fr von 8.00 – 22.00 Uhr und samstags von 7.00 -16.00 Uhr.
