  • Promote an apprenticeship culture through coaching, mentorship, feedback and opportunities for junior bankers to learn directly from senior professionals.

Performance, Feedback & Career Development

  • Partner with Investment & Corporate Banking leadership and HR on mid-year and year-end processes, including goal setting, feedback, calibration, promotion and compensation.
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate entry of all final manager performance evaluations during the performance management cycle, ensuring completion in accordance with established review timelines and requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
