The posting

Hourly paid · 160 DKK/hour + holiday pay · 32 h/week, Monday–Friday · In person at our office in Glostrup · Start November or as soon as possible

MK STUDIO is a Copenhagen ceramic studio founded by Magdalena and Michał. We make handmade porcelain cups, drippers and tableware for cafés, roasteries, restaurants and home brewers. We are seven people across the workshop and office in Glostrup and our shop on Frederiksberg Allé.

The job

This is a new position. We're trying it out for the first time, and we hope to find someone who will grow in it and with us in the company.

Michał runs the business, all wholesale accounts, design and planning, and he still does most of the daily marketing and office work himself. You'll sit next to him in the office and help us manage that work. You learn our products first. Then the tasks become yours.

We use AI tools to speed up the work, so you won't spend hours writing texts from scratch. You'll learn to use Claude for drafting, research and planning, and your job is to check the facts and make the result right for us.

What you'll do

Email (Klaviyo)

  • Plan and send newsletters on a fixed calendar: product drops, launches, events
  • Send follow-up emails after each drop: reminders and last call
  • Look after our existing email flows and build new ones

Instagram and webshop

  • Plan, write and post on Instagram, use and take photos from the studio
  • Keep the Shopify webshop up to date: product listings, texts, photos

Sales support

  • Find cafés, roasters, restaurants and hotels that fit us and pass them to Michał
  • Prepare price lists, catalogues, product sheets and samples
  • Help prepare events and trade fairs

Office

  • Daily office tasks Michał hands over
  • A short monthly report: webshop sales, email results, leads

Not part of this job: wholesale accounts and wholesale, sales and webshop orders and customer service (handled by our fulfilment coordinator).

Who we're looking for

You've done marketing or office work and can show it: an Instagram account you ran, newsletters you sent, a webshop you kept up. At a job, in a study project or in your own business — it counts if you can show it.

  • Clear written English
  • You learn a product fast and write about it correctly
  • You plan your week, finish things without reminders, and tell us early when something goes wrong
  • You can work in person in Glostrup, 32 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • Right to work in Denmark for these hours

Good to have: experience with Claude or other AI tools · Danish · Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva · product photography · specialty coffee or hospitality background · driving licence

What we offer

  • 160 DKK/hour plus holiday pay, 32 guaranteed hours a week
  • 3-month trial period. After 6 months we review your pay based on results.
