Was Sie erwartet:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Beantwortung von operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft, Übernahme von Sonderprojekten
  • Bewertungen, Interpretationen und Auswertungen von Geschäftsfeldentwicklungen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen, Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen inkl. Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • Planung und Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von internen Besprechungen und externen Terminen, sowie ggf. Teilnahme an Besprechungen und Protokollierung
  • Schriftführung in Betriebsausschuss- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen
  • Überprüfung, Korrektur und Weitergabe der Niederschriften an betroffenen Personenkreis
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Büroalltags

Was Sie auszeichnet:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einem Energieversorger
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und allen gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Eine eigenständige, sorgfältige und diskrete Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Integrität
  • Eine sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
