Business Growth & Account Management:

  • Provide leadership for a portfolio of client accounts, including revenue, profitability, resource planning, forecasting, and overall account health.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities through integrated marketing, innovation, and consulting solutions.
  • Partner with agency leadership on business development and growth initiatives.
  • Balance creativity, compliance, and business objectives in regulated and non-regulated environments.

Integrated Marketing Leadership:

  • Lead integrated programs across brand strategy, customer engagement, CRM, digital marketing, content, media, commerce, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver connected, measurable solutions.
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with business goals, customer insights, and performance outcomes.
  • Support clients in balancing short-term business priorities with long-term brand growth.

Innovation & Transformation:

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing capabilities, workflows, and measurement approaches.
  • Apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, content development, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
  • Advise clients on the practical and responsible use of AI and marketing technology.
  • Support the testing, scaling, and governance of innovative solutions while maintaining compliance, privacy, and brand standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop account leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Establish clear accountability, decision-making processes, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to agency growth, culture, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of leadership experience in an agency, consulting, marketing, or client services environment.
  • Five years in a senior supervisory role as an Account team leader/senior client advisor and project management expert.
  • Able to empower, keep teams on track, and participate in professional development of staff.
  • Has previously experience in complex strategically rigorous corporate businesses, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail marketing.
  • Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing large-scale retail and/or healthcare accounts.
  • Demonstrated success building and influencing senior client relationships.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing programs across multiple channels and disciplines.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including portfolio management, forecasting, staffing, and profitability oversight.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or marketing technology to improve business outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
