Als Assistenz Administration sorgst du dafür, dass sich Mitarbeitende, Gäste und Partner vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen und unterstützt uns bei vielfältigen organisatorischen Aufgaben.

  • Du empfängst Gäste und bist erste Ansprechperson an unserem Standort
  • Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Post, Lieferungen und die Vorbereitung von Besprechungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Bestellungen und behältst den Überblick über Büromaterialien.
  • Du hilfst bei der Organisation interner Veranstaltungen und Teamaktivitäten.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei verschiedenen organisatorischen Anliegen.

Für diese Position planen wir mit ca. 8 Stunden pro Woche. Ob verteilt auf 2 bis 3 Vormittage oder an einem festen Tag pro Woche, besprechen wir gemeinsam und finden eine passende Lösung.
