Hoy nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona para cumplir el rol de Ejecutivo de Cuentas Off Trade para CABA y GBA.

El objetivo principal de la posición es desarrollar y gestionar el canal Off Trade de Distribuidores On Premise Indirecto en CABA y GBA, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de volumen, cobertura, distribución y ejecución, a través de una administración efectiva de las cuentas a cargo, el desarrollo estratégico de distribuidores y la correcta implementación de la política comercial de MH. Además, deberá impulsar el crecimiento y la presencia de las marcas en los puntos de venta, el análisis continuo de las variables del negocio y la coordinación de acciones comerciales junto a Trade Marketing.

Para ello, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Desarrollar y analizar la gestión comercial en Distribuidores del ON Indirecto para CABA & GBA asegurando el seguimiento y ejecución de nuestra política comercial – seguimiento de volumen y acciones de mercado.
  • Liderar y gestionar el seguimiento de la cuenta corriente de sus clientes a cargo, junto con el proceso de cobranza dentro de los plazos acordados.
  • Analizar la operación y ejecución de sus key customers con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos de distribución, cobertura y exhibición en los clientes alcanzados.
  • Supervisar y colaborar con el trabajo de Jefes de Ventas y vendedores de sus distribuidores a cargo, buscando establecer vínculos estratégicos.
  • Asegurar y supervisar la correcta implementación de los planes comerciales en los clientes, alineado a nuestra política comercial.
  • Análisis de resultados comerciales, control sobre el avance de sus objetivos y relevamiento de información de mercado.
  • Colaborar activamente junto al equipo de Trade Marketing en la definición y ejecución de acciones en los PDV.

Requisitos

Nivel Educativo: Universitarios graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o Comercialización.

Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado

Otros conocimientos requeridos: Técnica de ventas y negociación, manejo de Excel y Word, conocimientos enológicos y del mercado de lujo (preferentemente) – Licencia de Conducir

Experiencia requerida: Experiencia mínima de 2 años similares en empresas de consumo masivo (canal distribuidores/canal tradicional será un plus) preferentemente asociadas a la industria

Competencias conductuales: Facilidad para el trabajo en equipo, actitud colaborativa, proactividad, capacidad de análisis y negociación.
