Hoy nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Pasante de Recursos Humanos para sumarse al equipo.

El objetivo principal es desarrollar habilidades en el área de Recursos Humanos a través del apoyo administrativo y operativo en el área, contribuyendo a la mejora continua en la experiencia de los colaboradores dentro de la compañía.

Para ello, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Dar soporte administrativo en los procesos de onboarding y offboarding de personal.
  • Mantener actualizada la dotación con los ingresos, egresos y movimientos internos, y los correspondientes legajos digitales.
  • Participar y dar soporte en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección para las búsquedas de pasantías.
  • Colaborar y dar soporte a las diversas áreas de Recursos Humanos: Comunicaciones, Capacitaciones & Talento.
  • Llevar adelante el contacto con las universidades en relación a las pasantías.
  • Dar soporte administrativo en relación a ART, Seguros de Vida Obligatorio, Certificados de Servicios y de Aportes y Contribuciones, entre otros.
  • Administrar el contacto con los proveedores del área. Generar y dar seguimiento a las Órdenes de Compra correspondientes.
  • Dar seguimiento al sistema de viáticos de los Repositores.
  • Administrar la documentación para el ingreso de Repositores en tiendas.

Requisitos

  • Nivel Educativo: Estudiante intermedio de Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología y/o carreras afines.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
  • Experiencia requerida: Sin experiencia requerida.
  • Buscamos una persona con actitud proactiva, excelentes habilidades interpersonales, comprometida, con capacidad de organización y sobre todo, ¡muchas ganas de aprender!
