Nos encontramos en búsqueda de Personal de Bacha para sumarse al equipo de Brand Home, cuyo principal objetivo consiste en colaborar en el servicio de la casa de huéspedes y eno-gastronómico de excelencia que la compañía brinda a los visitantes. Generar una experiencia que asegure la creación de nuevos embajadores de la marca.

Para esto, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Mantener el lavado de vajilla, cubertería, cristalería y batería de cocina, en el tiempo asignado de la jornada de trabajo.
  • Reportar y asistir en el pedido de los insumos necesarios para su operación en tiempo y forma.
  • Mantener el orden y limpieza de los sectores de cocina, back de cocina y área del personal.
  • Mantener la limpieza de heladeras, freezers, elementos de trabajo y maquinaria utilizada.
  • Asistir en el control de stock de insumos de cocina y limpieza.
  • Asistir a los francos del área de HSK para la limpieza general como la de los cuartos de la residencia.
  • Asistir en los eventos, como refuerzo de áreas de limpieza como de su área.
  • Reportar cualquier irregularidad de comportamiento o rotura al inmediato superior.

Requisitos

  • Nivel educativo: Secundario completo- Terciario afín, excluyente.
  • Experiencia previa en la posición.
