Planner & Service Coördinator Benelux m/v - Leiderdorp

Als Planner & Service Coördinator Benelux ben jij de spil tussen Customer Care, onze servicemonteurs, de administratie en onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de planning klopt, processen soepel verlopen en klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Jouw werkzaamheden

· Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse planning.

· Werken met FLS, Exact Synergy en Exact.

· Bewaken van voortgang, reistijden en capaciteit.

· Verwerken en controleren van serviceorders en administratie.

· Opstellen van rapportages, provisies en administratieve controles.

· Telefonisch contact met klanten over afspraken.

· Signaleren en verbeteren van processen.

Wat breng jij mee?

· MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau.

· Ervaring als planner, servicecoördinator of administratief medewerker.

· Ervaring met FLS, Synergy of Exact is een pré.

· Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

· Nederlands uitstekend; Frans is een mooie pré.
