Contexte

Nous recherchons un consultant expert Mobile & Modern Device Management pour accompagner un environnement professionnel exigeant, composé majoritairement d'utilisateurs VIP.

La mission porte sur l'administration, la sécurisation et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles d'une flotte multios Windows, macOS, iOS et Android.

Missions

  • Administrer les terminaux via Workspace ONE et Microsoft Intune.
  • Assurer l'enrôlement, la configuration et la gestion du cycle de vie des équipements.
  • Définir et appliquer les politiques de sécurité et de conformité.
  • Intervenir sur les incidents complexes et accompagner les utilisateurs VIP.
  • Étudier et mettre en œuvre des scénarios d'enrôlement conditionnel Windows avec Intune.
  • Documenter les configurations et procédures techniques.

Requirements

Compétences indispensables

  • Expertise confirmée sur Workspace ONE UEM et Microsoft Intune.
  • Expérience multios Windows, macOS, iOS et Android.
  • Certification ou expertise sur Workspace ONE Intelligence, Workspace ONE Access et les technologies Microsoft associées.
  • Maîtrise de l'enrôlement, de la sécurisation et de la conformité des terminaux.
  • Expérience du support de populations VIP.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, autonomie, réactivité et discrétion.

Modalités

  • Localisation : Hauts-de-Seine (92).
  • Présentiel obligatoire : aucun télétravail.
  • Volume : une journée d'intervention par semaine.
  • Jour d'intervention au choix du consultant.
  • Possibilité de répartir l'intervention sur deux jours.
  • Horaires de référence : 9 h à 18 h.
  • Démarrage et durée : à confirmer.
