The posting

Dans le cadre du déploiement de plusieurs cas d'usage d'intelligence artificielle au sein d'un acteur majeur de la protection sociale, nous recherchons un Pilote IA technico-fonctionnel, capable de prendre en charge la réalisation technique et la mise en production de solutions IA.

La première mission porte sur l'automatisation du traitement de documents d'adhésion en prévoyance individuelle, avec des enjeux de classification documentaire, d'extraction de données, de contrôle de cohérence et d'intégration au système d'information.

L'environnement privilégie les Small Language Models (SLM).

Missions

  • Participer au cadrage fonctionnel et technique des cas d'usage IA.
  • Développer et configurer les agents IA et les workflows de traitement.
  • Personnaliser et optimiser les prompts et les modèles utilisés.
  • Mettre en œuvre la classification documentaire et l'extraction de données structurées.
  • Contribuer à la labellisation de documents manuscrits et à l'adaptation des modèles.
  • Développer les workflows de contrôle, les règles de cohérence et les mécanismes de rejet.
  • Participer à la conception d'interfaces de validation humaine.
  • Assurer l'intégration avec les composants du SI : GED, API et web services.
  • Préparer et accompagner les phases de recette, de mise en production et de suivi des KPI.
  • Coordonner les échanges techniques et fonctionnels avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Requirements

Compétences indispensables :

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience pratique en IA.
  • Plusieurs projets IA effectivement déployés en production.
  • Expérience concrète des SLM.
  • Maîtrise du développement et de l'orchestration de workflows IA.
  • Compétences en prompt engineering et intégration SI.
  • Capacité à intervenir aussi bien sur le cadrage que sur la réalisation technique.

Compétences appréciées :

  • Document AI, OCR, extraction de données et traitement de documents manuscrits.
  • Adaptation ou fine-tuning de modèles.
  • Intégration GED, API et web services.
  • Expérience dans l'assurance, la prévoyance ou la protection sociale.
  • Déploiement et supervision de solutions IA en production.

Modalités

  • Mission à temps partiel : minimum mi-temps.
  • Durée prévisionnelle : 4 à 5 mois.
  • Volume d'intervention : environ 50 à 60 jours, à confirmer.
  • Possibilité d'augmenter ultérieurement le nombre de jours d'intervention / semaine.
  • Localisation et modalités de télétravail : à préciser.
  • Démarrage : à confirmer.
