Jesteśmy społecznościowym wirtualnym operatorem komórkowym z Wrocławia i od ponad 13 lat zmieniamy rynek telekomunikacyjny, budując markę w oparciu o wartości, społeczność i technologię. Aktualnie płynie z nami już ponad 200 000 użytkowników, zwanych Vikingami.

Poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby do współpracy w roli Inspektora Ochrony Danych w wymiarze ok. 80 godzin miesięcznie. Będziesz wspierać Mobile Vikings w kompleksowym prowadzeniu obszaru ochrony danych osobowych – od zapewnienia zgodności i zarządzania dokumentacją po doradztwo oraz opiniowanie nowych projektów i rozwiązań.

Zakres zadań

  • Pełnienie funkcji Inspektora Ochrony Danych zgodnie z przepisami RODO.
  • Projektowanie, tworzenie, aktualizacja i nadzór nad dokumentacją z zakresu ochrony danych osobowych, w szczególności polityk, dokumentacji i procedur.
  • Analiza ryzyka: tworzenie, opracowanie, aktualizowanie, zarządzanie i monitorowanie systemem oceny w zakresie ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Prowadzenie i aktualizacja rejestru czynności przetwarzania oraz pozostałych rejestrów wymaganych przepisami prawa.
  • Obsługa zgłoszeń dotyczących realizacji praw osób, których dane dotyczą, oraz współpraca przy wyjaśnianiu naruszeń ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych w zakresie ochrony danych osobowych oraz tworzenie dokumentacji audytowej.
  • Współpraca z poszczególnymi działami w zakresie wdrażania i stosowania zasad ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Ocena projektów i rozwiązań produktowych pod kątem zgodności z przepisami o ochronie danych osobowych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych (RODO oraz krajowe regulacje).
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pełnieniu funkcji Inspektora Ochrony Danych.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze administracji lub kierunków pokrewnych.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu systemów ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z różnymi działami organizacji oraz doradzaniu w zakresie ochrony danych osobowych.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Komunikatywność, zaangażowanie i samodzielność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w branży telekomunikacyjnej, e-commerce lub innej organizacji świadczącej usługi.
  • Ukończone studia podyplomowe z zakresu ochrony danych osobowych.
