(A&W Jonquière) recherche 1 assistant gérant/assistante gérante – services d’alimentation (CNP 60030) pour son restaurant situé au 3733 boulevard Harvey, Jonquière, QC G7X 3A4. Poste permanent, temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, 24,50 $ de l’heure. Horaires : soir, quart de travail, matin, jour, fin de semaine. Commence dès que possible. 1 poste vacant. Travail sur place (aucune possibilité de télétravail).

Tâches : planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités quotidiennes du restaurant; superviser, former et encadrer le personnel; recruter et embaucher le personnel; établir les horaires de travail; commander les aliments et fournitures et contrôler les stocks; veiller au respect des normes de qualité; régler les plaintes des clients; tenir les registres et contrôler les coûts; remplacer le gérant en son absence.

Exigences : anglais ou français; diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent; 1 an à moins de 2 ans d’expérience.

EN — 9388-6554 Québec inc. (A&W Jonquière) is looking for 1 assistant food service manager (NOC 60030) for its restaurant at 3733 boulevard Harvey, Jonquière, QC G7X 3A4. Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, $24.50 per hour. Schedule: evening, shift, morning, day, weekend. Start date: as soon as possible. 1 vacancy. On site (no remote work).

Duties: plan, organize, direct and control daily restaurant operations; supervise, train and coach staff; recruit and hire staff; set work schedules; order food and supplies and control inventory; ensure quality standards; resolve customer complaints; maintain records and control costs; replace the manager in their absence.

Requirements: English or French; secondary school diploma or equivalent; 1 to less than 2 years of experience.
