Analista de Infraestrutura de TI - PJ

Descrição da vaga

Buscamos um profissional proativo e organizado para atuar de ponta a ponta na infraestrutura de TI. É uma vaga para quem gosta de colocar a mão na massa e lidar com servidores, redes, cabeamento, estações de trabalho e suporte a softwares. Você terá autonomia e será peça-chave para manter o ambiente estável, seguro e funcionando.

Responsabilidades

  • Instalar, configurar e manter servidores físicos e virtuais (Windows e Linux);
  • Administrar a rede local: switches, roteadores, firewall, endereçamento IP e Wi-Fi;
  • Criar, configurar e manter VPNs para acesso remoto e interligação entre unidades;
  • Executar e organizar cabeamento estruturado e fibra óptica (lançamento, crimpagem,
  • organização de racks e identificação);
  • Fazer manutenção preventiva e corretiva de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos;
  • Instalar, atualizar e dar suporte a sistemas operacionais Windows e softwares corporativos;
  • Documentar o ambiente: inventário de equipamentos, topologia de rede, senhas e procedimentos;
  • Atender chamados e apoiar os usuários de todas as áreas da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com criação e administração de servidores;
  • Conhecimento sólido em redes (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs);
  • Experiência na configuração de VPN;
  • Conhecimento em cabeamento estruturado e fibra óptica;
  • Domínio do ambiente Windows (desktop e servidor);
  • Experiência em manutenção de hardware;
  • Experiência com instalação e manutenção de softwares.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em Linux (administração de servidores, linha de comando);
  • Experiência com virtualização (Proxmox, VMware ou Hyper-V);
  • Conhecimento em Active Directory e políticas de grupo;
  • Experiência com rotinas de backup e monitoramento;
  • Formação ou curso em Redes, Infraestrutura ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Perfil que procuramos
  • Proatividade: identifica problemas antes que eles virem chamados;
  • Organização: mantém o ambiente documentado, os racks organizados e as tarefas sob controle;
  • Autonomia para resolver problemas e tomar decisões técnicas;
  • Boa comunicação com usuários não técnicos;
  • Vontade de aprender e de se manter atualizado.
