This position is site-based and will support Moderna’s Norwood location based on team and project needs. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Here’s What You’ll Do

Equipment types include Incubators, Centrifuges, Ultrafiltration, Chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration, Robotic Filling Lines, Visual Inspection Machines, Automated Label/Pack Lines, Buffer Prep Vessels, and Utility Support Systems.
  • Assist with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, including preparation, execution, review, and organization of protocols, reports, traceability documents, field data, and supporting records.
  • Assist with troubleshooting process equipment, gathering information to support root cause investigations, and supporting Corrective/Preventative Actions, change controls, and preventative maintenance improvements.
  • Participate in engineering projects across the equipment lifecycle, including user requirements, design review, procurement, installation, start-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational handover.
  • Support equipment and system qualification activities for manufacturing equipment, controlled temperature units, analytical instruments, process utilities, and supporting systems.
  • Review engineering and turnover documentation, including specifications, component lists, operating manuals, drawings, Engineering Turnover Packages, and qualification records for completeness and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, Metrology, Digital Automation, MS&T, Environmental Health & Safety, and engineering groups across Marlborough and Norwood to support project and operational needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying documentation gaps, process inefficiencies, equipment reliability opportunities, and ways to strengthen engineering and validation execution.
  • Follow applicable GxP regulations, SOPs, guidelines, safety requirements, and company policies; complete cleanroom gowning training and enter classified manufacturing areas as needed.
  • Communicate progress and issues clearly, complete assigned tasks on schedule, and prepare or contribute to technical documentation and project updates.
  • Ability and willingness to complete cleanroom gowning training and occasionally enter and observe manufacturing operations in a classified cleanroom environment.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Basic Qualifications)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
