Even voorstellen Modint is de branchevereniging voor de textiel-, kleding-, tapijt- en interieursector in Nederland. Wij vertegenwoordigen en verbinden bedrijven en zetten ons in voor een sterke, toekomstbestendige sector. Dat doen we via belangenbehartiging, kennisdeling, projecten en een actief netwerk van leden en partners. Met trots vertegenwoordigen wij meer dan 400 bedrijven die van textiel dagelijkse, medische en technische producten maken die bepalend zijn voor onze wereld.

Jouw rol

Als Marketing & Communicatie adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de positionering en externe communicatie van Modint. Je opereert op het snijvlak van marketing, communicatie en acquisitie en weet strategische doelstellingen te vertalen naar relevante content en de juiste communicatiemiddelen. Wij zoeken een ervaren marketing- en communicatieprofessional die ons externe profiel verder versterkt en actief bijdraagt aan ledenbinding en verbinding.

Je denkt mee op strategisch niveau, maar bent zelf uitvoerend betrokken. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende doelgroepen, thema’s en projecten en weet complexe onderwerpen helder en aantrekkelijk te communiceren.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Meedenken over en meewerken aan de marketing- en communicatiestrategie van Modint
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van campagnes voor ledenwerving, ledenbinding en zichtbaarheid
  • Bijdragen aan de positionering van lidmaatschappen, projecten en dienstverlening
  • Actief beheren en uitbouwen van onze social mediakanalen en communities.
  • Ontwikkelen van content samen met onze consultants voor de website, campagnes, artikelen en online formats voor onze leden.
  • Schrijven en redigeren van artikelen, papers, blogs, columns en nieuwscontent
  • Opstellen en verspreiden van persberichten en onderhouden van perscontacten
  • Signaleren van kansen en ontwikkelingen in de sector en deze vertalen naar communicatie‑initiatieven
  • Meewerken aan events, campagnes en sectoractiviteiten
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe communicatie en processen slimmer en schaalbaarder kunnen en kijkt naar implementatie hiervan binnen de vereniging
  • Samenwerken met directie, branchemanager en projectleiders om communicatie goed te laten aansluiten op beleid en projecten

Wie ben jij

  • Je bent een ervaren marketing- en communicatieprofessional
  • Je denkt strategisch en voert ideeën zelf uit
  • Je hebt gevoel voor positionering, storytelling en doelgroepen
  • Je bent sterk in schrijven, van korte social posts tot inhoudelijke artikelen
  • Je hebt ervaring met social media en digitale communicatie
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving met veel stakeholders en belangen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en schakelt makkelijk tussen processen en werkzaamheden
  • Affiniteit met websitebeheer, mailingprogramma’s en digitale platforms
  • Digitaal vaardig en nieuwsgierig naar vernieuwing en AI

Wat neem je mee

  • HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur marketing of communicatie
  • Meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring met contentcreatie, community en social media en onderhoud van deze kanalen achter de knop
  • Aantoonbare schrijfervaring
  • Affiniteit met de textielindustrie is een pre
  • Ervaring met grafische en nieuwsdeling programma’s zoals Spotler, Adobe en Canva
