Dagligdagen i Kundeservice

Som kundeservicemedarbejder vil du være vores ansigt udadtil, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du er bevidst om dit sprogbrug og toneleje i forbindelse med behovsafdækning af kunden.

Det er ikke et krav, at du har arbejdet med kundeservice tidligere, men det er selvfølgelig en fordel. Vi lægger mest vægt på, at du er troværdig og venlig, så vores kunder får den bedste oplevelse og den bedst mulige service.

Du kan glæde dig til en varieret hverdag med mange søde kollegaer, fast konkurrencedygtig løn, sociale arrangementer, gode karrieremuligheder og grundig oplæring.

Stillingerne i Kundeservice er fuldtidsstillinger på 37 timer, hvor vagter ligger fra mandag til torsdag kl. 8.30-16.30 og fredag 8.30-16.00.
