Modul University Vienna is an international private university and offers cutting-edge education at BBA, BSc, MSc, MBA and PhD levels. Students and staff come from over 70 countries around the world, providing for a multicultural and diverse work environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Koordination der Küchenabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit der Cafeteria-leitung,
  • Planung und Koordination der täglichen Küchenabläufe sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs im Team.
  • Menüplanung: Entwicklung und ständige Aktualisierung der Speisekarten unter Berücksichtigung von saisonalen Produkten
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Überwachung der Qualität der Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP).
  • Bestellwesen und Lagerhaltung: Eigenständige Abwicklung u. Kontrolle der Bestellungen einschließlich der Auswahl und Bestellung von frischen Zutaten sowie der Überwachung der Lagerung.
  • Kostenkontrolle und Budgetierung: Überwachung des Küchenbudgets, Kostenmanagement, Minimierung von Lebensmittelverschwendung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Event Management Team: Enge Abstimmung & Planung mit dem Event Management Team. Sicherstellung aller Buchungen in der Registrierkasse
  • Kundenzufriedenheit: Verantwortung für die Qualität und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Menüplanung, Lebensmittelzubereitung und Hygienevorschriften.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation eines Küchenteams.
  • Fähigkeit zur kostenbewussten und effizienten Arbeitsweise.
  • Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz, insbesondere während Stoßzeiten.
  • Kreativität und Innovationsfreude bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte.
  • Respektvoller und freundlicher Austausch im Team ist von großer Bedeutung.
