About the Role
We’re seeking an Executive Management Intern to join our team in the wayfinding and architectural signage world. This internship is perfect for a recent graduate or a student completing their final Business program requirement. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Modulex’s Executive Management Team, gaining first-hand exposure to strategic initiatives, business operations, leadership decision-making, and global collaboration.
You’ll collaborate with offices worldwide, develop new skills, and contribute to strategic projects that support the growth and success of our business. We encourage independent thinking and welcome fresh perspectives. Some of our best ideas and improvements have come from interns who were empowered to take ownership and drive meaningful projects.
We take fun seriously (one of our core values), so we’re looking for someone who can balance a good laugh with professionalism. If you’re eager to learn, curious about business strategy, and excited to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects and initiatives led by the Executive Management Team, gaining insight into how strategic decisions are shaped and implemented across a global organisation.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Researching and supporting the development of new service models, including service structure, pricing, and sustainability add-ons.
- Helping define the legal structure and jurisdiction for the new business unit.
- Participating in creating a legal and insurance framework for service delivery.
- Collaborating with leadership to define team structure and management roles.
- Researching and recommending service models, including licensing, payment options, and client qualification thresholds.
- Supporting strategic planning for future external partnerships and investor engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related programme.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different countries and functions.
- Resourceful problem solver who enjoys finding solutions and thinking critically.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting as projects evolve.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Curious, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
What You’ll Gain
- Direct exposure to Modulex’s Executive Management Team and global business operations.
- Ownership of meaningful projects that contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Opportunities to present research, recommendations, and insights to senior leaders.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth and development.
- Hands-on experience in business strategy, project coordination, operational improvement, and organisational development.
- Exposure to sustainability initiatives, innovation projects, and international business practices.
