Opportunity!

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help clients turn complex business needs into clear, actionable, and valuable software solutions.

You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, designers, and engineers to understand customer and business needs, analyze workflows, define use cases, and translate requirements into solutions that teams can effectively design and build.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and connecting business needs, user workflows, technical delivery, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/product role within complex software development environments.
  • Strong ability to understand and analyze customer needs, business objectives, processes, and operational challenges.
  • Experience translating business processes and workflows into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong experience defining use cases, business rules, process flows, acceptance criteria, epics, and user stories.
  • Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and work directly with stakeholders to uncover requirements, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Experience supporting the design and prototyping of solutions, working collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to validate concepts before implementation.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum and/or SAFe.
  • Experience partnering closely with software engineers throughout delivery to clarify requirements, resolve questions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure alignment with business intent.
  • Ability to identify edge cases, gaps, dependencies, and risks before they become delivery blockers.
  • Experience evaluating whether delivered solutions achieve the intended business and customer value, using feedback, business outcomes, or other relevant measures.
  • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in large, complex, and evolving environments.

Bonus points:

  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations or complex transformation initiatives.
  • Experience mapping and improving end-to-end business processes and customer workflows.
  • Experience working closely with UX/Product Design teams on solution design and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, or other technical concepts that support effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience defining or tracking KPIs, success metrics, or business outcomes after implementation.
  • Experience working in consulting or other client-facing technology environments.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process automation or the application of AI-enabled solutions.
