Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam, verwaltest das Product Backlog und planst Sprints. Arbeitgeber: Flux Systems GmbH ist ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich Industrie-Software mit starkem Wachstum.

Anforderungsmanagement

  • Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Industriekunden und dem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Du erfasst, priorisierst und übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in umsetzbare Epics und User Stories.
  • Du moderierst Kundenworkshops und strukturierst Feedback in klare Handlungsbedarfe.

Produktverantwortung

  • Du verantwortest das Product Backlog und planst gemeinsam mit dem Team Sprints und Releases.
  • Du definierst und überwachst die Roadmap gemeinsam mit CEO und CTO.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das „Was“ und „Warum“ im Produkt.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und sorgst für Klarheit in den Aufgaben.
  • Du bringst Struktur in den Alltag und hilfst dabei, Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Rückfragen aus dem Team.

Qualitätssicherung und Abnahme

  • Du verantwortest Tests und funktionale Abnahmen vor Kundenauslieferungen.
  • Du überwachst die Qualität aus Kundensicht und stellst sicher, dass das Produkt einsatzbereit ist.
  • Du begleitest Rollouts und stellst die Zufriedenheit beim Kunden sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner, Projektleiter:in oder in vergleichbarer Rolle, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld (SaaS, B2B, Industrie).
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke, auch bei technischen Themen.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und ein gutes Gespür für technische Machbarkeit.
  • Erfahrung in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Idealerweise: Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Fertigung / Industrieprozesse.
